The perfect tomato sauce

August is the month when tomatoes are ready to be collected and used to produce tomato sauce. In our family every year in mid August we prepare enough tomato sauce which will last for one year. This summer we got help from our Swedish guest who was happy to earn the secrets to make a perfect tomato sauce!
