Each apartment has a private entrance to guarantee privacy. Furthermore, each unit features modern amenities, spacious living areas, fully equipped kitchens, and private outdoor spaces, ensuring a truly comfortable and relaxing stay. Within the villa premises, guests can enjoy complimentary parking throughout their entire stay.
Panoramic pool
The shared panoramic pool offers a fantastic view of the village and Sele Valley. It is perfect for refreshing your body and mind after a day spent hiking in the mountains, or just for enjoying the views and the sun in complete relaxation. The pool has a seasonal opening usually from 1st July to 30th September.
Family Kit
In order to guarantee the best travel experience for families with babies, on request we set up and furnish the apartments by integrating the Family Kit. It consists of a crib, high chair, potty, step stool, changing table, baby bath, baby pillow, playmat, cutlery for kids (BPA free).

Our apartments are provided with high-speed internet, desk, ergonomic chair and desk for couch to make your working time very comfortable. It is also possible to work in the outdoor areas and enjoy amazing views!
Olive tree grove
The ancient olive tree grove surrounding the villa is perfect for relaxing all your senses. Here you can practice yoga and meditation, or just read a book immersed in nature.
Barbecue area
In our spacious barbecue area, you can enjoy outdoor meals and let your kids have a lot of fun in the nearby playground. This area also features ancient wine production equipment used in the past by our family.
Playground
Near the barbecue area, you can find a playground where there are various games for kids. The whole area is fenced so you can let your kids just have a lot of fun.
